Hello!  This is Kristine Wirth and I want to warmly welcome you to this series of newsletters I call "Small Steps, Big Results".

I took my inspiration for this newsletter from the above Mark Twain quote because it is so incredibly true!

If you want to make money online, it takes just one small step each day to get you moving in the right direction.

There are so many people online who teach how to make a living with the Internet and while some of them do work, there's something missing that is probably the largest piece of the puzzle there is....

...HOW TO GET STARTED!

You see, so many of these products take for granted that you just "know" how to accomplish all of the tasks they're lying out in their products.

But for a vast majority of newcomers online, this simply isn't true!

A lot of people get hung up (and often quit) because there is SO MUCH to learn!

Getting a business up and running online can be scary; especially if you've never done anything like it before. 

So that's what we'll cover in this entire series of newsletters that runs over 35 weeks.

There is no doubt that everyone who either has a business or wants to create one for themselves needs to be online!  They must have a website to send people to when those people want more information.

A true story:  Just the other day I was at our local Farmer's Market with my family and overheard a couple of ladies ask one of the vendor's there if they had a website that they could visit.

His answer:  "No, I haven't gotten there yet."

They replied:  "Ok, thanks!" and simply walked away.

Now, consider that this vendor sees a few thousand people each week.  How many times do you think he's been asked that question?  A dozen?  A hundred?  A thousand? 

Think how much business he's missed out on simply because he didn't have a website.

Now I realize that in this case, this is a local business owner who probably has a store where he sells his goods.  And you might not have an actual brick-and-mortar business where you get people walking in and out all day.

But...if you're looking to make money online, the end answer to any business owner, whether that be someone who has a physical store, someone who wants to sell other people's products as an affiliate or someone that wants to sell their knowledge, will always be the same.

You DO NEED some kind of presence on the internet.  And that presence is a website.

By now you will have downloaded the free e-book I gave you called the Simple Site Guide.  And the basics of getting yourself up and running online is taught in that book.

But...even if you've already started to read the book but haven't yet begun creating that site, that's ok!

What you'll learn in this entire series of newsletters is everything you need to get your first website off of the ground and to start getting traffic to that website.

And tomorrow, you'll receive another email which will talk about your mindset.

Both of which are incredibly important to your success online.  Which is why I start with these first.

After that, you'll receive a weekly email that will take you step-by-step through the entire process of everything you need to know, have, and be doing in order to create and grow your business.

There is a rhyme and reason to all of it which is why I've set it up the way that I have. 

It gives you a small step to take each week so that you don't get overwhelmed.
