First off, I want you to know that there is a REAL person behind this newsletter series.

And secondly, please allow me to introduce myself.

My name is Kristine Wirth and I've been working online since 1996.  My background lies in website design, database creation, PHP programming, SEO (search engine optimization), and online traffic generation.

I live in Iowa, the home state where I was born, along with my husband, son, two cats & one dog.

For many years I have performed these tasks for other people and companies.

But the light-bulb went off in my head the day I was talking to a personal friend of mine who owns her own business.  She wanted a website.  So I rattled off everything she would need to do in order to get her business online and in front of the world.

By the time I was done, she stared at me with glassy eyes and a dazed look and quite simply said:

"I have no idea what you're talking about."

That's when it hit me.  Just because I understood all of this online marketing business didn't mean that everyone else did.  (I assumed.  And I learned a long time ago that you should never "assume" anything.  You'd think I would have known that by now.)

So I decided to start up a series of newsletters and online videos that actually walk you through the process of getting a website online and marketing it.

I absolutely LOVE online marketing simply because I have a love of figuring things out; how they work and why they don't.  I'm just a little bit analytical that way :-)

But most of all, I love teaching people how to do all of this for themselves.  It's that moment when you see the "AHA!" moment and they realize the MASSIVE opportunity in front of them.
