"Set Goals"
In one of the beginning installments of the "Small Steps, Big Results" newsletter, I talk about
setting goals.
This is perhaps one of the most important things that you can do for you and your business, your
personal life, or with almost anything that you wish to achieve within your lifetime.
Within this newsletter, I also cite a study that was conducted by a group of social psychologists
which proved, without a doubt that by writing down your goals and writing down your beliefs made a significant
impact on what you believed about yourself.
I came across this study while reading the book "Influence" by Robert Cialdini. And if you
